By installing or using Raxak, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Raxak is intended to be used by parents or legal guardians who manage devices used by their children. By creating an account or using Raxak’s parental control features, you represent and warrant that:
Child profiles and monitoring are created and controlled by the parent or guardian. Children should not create or manage their own monitoring profiles without adult supervision.
You agree to use Raxak only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You must not:

Raxak may use the Android Accessibility Service to enable parental control features, including:
Accessibility is used only for these safety and control functions and can be disabled at any time in the device settings. Raxak does not use Accessibility to collect passwords, financial information, or encrypted message content.
Raxak may request the Android Usage Access permission to view app usage statistics and screen time. This permission is necessary to provide accurate time tracking and enforcement of limits.
If you choose to enable SMS-based features (such as automatic OTP verification), Raxak may use SMS permissions to read incoming verification codes and facilitate secure login or account-related flows. Raxak does not read or store unrelated personal SMS content.
Raxak may use additional permissions such as foreground service, notification access, network access, and battery optimization exceptions solely to ensure that monitoring and parental control features function reliably.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raxak is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Raxak will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will detect or prevent all harmful content, websites, or apps.
